I am a sweet, young boy, and I came to the shelter after being rescued by a woman who found me living in a construction zone in the cold of winter. She thought I was pregnant and wanted to make sure I had somewhere to live before I had kittens. As I mentioned, I am boy so I was definitely not pregnant, but I did get a warm, safe place to live for a while until I find a new home. I have spent most of my life living alone on the streets, so I am still getting used to the idea of having a home and a family, but from everything I’ve heard it sounds pretty great!
You may find it difficult to connect with me at first, but please give me a chance and you will see that I have love and affection in my heart just for you. I sometimes curl up in cubby holes and secret spaces here so be sure to look around for me. I like to play with toys when I feel comfortable so that may be a good way for you to get to know me. You can also try to use yummy treats to get on my good side (hee hee). If you have a little bit of patience and you give me a chance, I just know that we’ll be happy together for a long time to come.
