Sweetie's Story...
Sweetie came from a place that banned dogs so her owner was forced to give her up. She did not know at the time that Sweetie was about to have puppies. Nine of them. All of the puppies and mom are fine and she is done whelping and ready for a forever home of her own. Sweetie is just that. She loves everyone and everything. She is completely house trained and fully vetted. She is scheduled to be spayed on 4/12/11. Sweetie is blind in one eye, the result of an old injury. But she does not let that slow her down at all. She is about 2 years old. She loves to go on walks, play with toys, and snuggle with people. Her adoption fee is $250

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sweetie, a Rosemount Blue Heeler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Blue Heeler for sale in Rosemount, or seeking a Blue Heeler dog from a breeder in Rosemount.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rosemount already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rosemount breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Blue Heeler breeders who help with Blue Heeler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rosemount paves the way for another one to be saved.
