My story

YAHOOO.....ARCHIE HAS BEEN ADOPTED AFTER MONTHS AND MONTHS. ARCHIE NEEDED A SPECIAL HOME AND HE FOUND IT FINALLY.

QUALIFIED "ADULT" HOME NEEDED. This is Archie, a handsome little dude who is down on his luck. Archie landed in a local shelter and because of his fear issues he is being transferred to rescue so we can slowly work, train and socialize him at a pace he is comfortable with.

Archie needs time to trust and understand what is going on around him. He is a very sweet dog and weighs about 13 lbs. We believe Archie is about 3 to 4 years old and was recently neutered by the shelter. Archie will need a good leader who is dog savvy to help him make the right choices. This boy can be protective of his food but in time we expect he will improve and learn where his next meal in coming from. Archie will NOT be adopted to a home with children under 16 years of age. This little boy also has a high prey-drive so no other small pets or cats in the home would be best. Archie is fine with other dogs and will avoid situations by walking away. He is also very athletic and has been very clean in his kennel.
