Duncan *VIDEO*'s Story...
I'm a 5-year-old neutered male Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu mix. I'm a very friendly and affectionate little guy. I love to snuggle and sit in laps, too! CageFree found me at the pound, where I had been dumped with a tire tread mark across my backside. Lucky for me, I was just a little sore and bruised but I didn't have any broken bones. I have now recovered completely from my accident and I feel much better. I'm very playful with other dogs and I love people! I'm just an adorable fluffy pup looking for the perfect new home. So please contact CageFree if you're interested in meeting me!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Duncan *VIDEO*, a Los Angeles Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu breeders who help with Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
