Badge (male)
Hey! Whatcha’ look’n at? You’re looking at me, right? Sure you are! Well, let me tell you a little bit about me… My name is Badge. I’m almost 2 years old and a 90 lbs. Rottweiler/Lab mix. I still act as if I’m still a silly, clumsy puppy at times. I’m neutered, UTD on shots, and heartworm negative. I also have a microchip in case I get lost. I do tend to get jealous when there is another male dog but otherwise a laid back goofy guy. I love to play and take walks on a leash. I’m not destructive and I don’t dig. I’d love a home where I could be an outside dog and never have to worry about being loved, hungry or abandoned. If that’s you, please mail Mike Harvey at There is a screening process to adopt me and my adoption fee is a suggested donation to Pet Savers of $30.00 for their help in rehoming me and to help assure I go to a good home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Badge, a Haughton Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever for sale in Haughton, or seeking a Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Haughton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Haughton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Haughton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Haughton paves the way for another one to be saved.
