Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sasha is one sweet, sweet girl very social even with strangers. She has not been around other dogs much, but is not aggressive at all with them. She is just a little afraid of them. She was left behind when her family moved. They came by once a week and threw food out. She spent her life in the same backyard and all of a sudden things went wrong somehow. The neighbor said she used to be well cared for, fat and fine. Not like now.3 brave girls saved her and called to ask if we could help. She is extremely thin, much more so than the pictures show. She is a big, big girl or she will be soon. She is very calm and great on a leash. I would say she is about 3 years old. If you are interested in giving this sweet girl the life she deserves please email higginslaura@att.net for an adoption application. Sasha will not be up in the Northeast for at least 6 weeks. She needs to gain about 10-15 lbs before we are able to have her spayed.
White River Animal RESCUE is a Private rescue. We are NOT a shelter. WRAR rescues dogs and puppies FROM shelters. Dogs and puppies in shelters are at risk of euthanization. WRAR does not euthanize the animals it rescues. Thank you for considering a rescue dog/puppy.
