Congo is a 19 year-old African Grey, suspected male. He loves to make sounds and talks a lot. He can carry on a conversation with himself for 15 minutes! He sets the alarm before you walk out the door and turns it off when you return home and he makes police siren sounds to scare away the bad guys, lol! He enjoys "shooting" you with his laser gun sound as well! Congo is a very fast learner, he picked up new words and sounds within the first few days of being in his new foster home. He doesn't mind other animals and he enjoys interacting with the dogs by having a barking contest. Congo is quite a character, he will liven up any home. He is guaranteed to make you laugh! He is not a screamer though, just very entertaining! Congo has always been on healthy diet of pellets, fresh food and occasional nuts. His foster parents are working on socializing him. Currently, he is scared to come out of his cage, but is getting braver every day. He is not yet hand tame, but his foster family is working hard to change that!
