Emma was saved from a local animal shelter after she was picked up as a stray by an animal control officer who was on duty and witnessed Emma being attacked by a pack of dogs. Emma had many puncture wounds all over her body but has made a remarkable recovery. Shes approximately 4 years old and despite her story, she loves all people and other dogs(big and small). She will bark at cats but will not chase them. Emma is a total couch potato and will sleep for hours!!! She'll also snuggle on the couch with you all day if you allow her too! A home check is required and no adoptions outside of the DFW metroplex. Emma is housebroken and crate trained. Emma is fully vetted which includes; spayed, all vaccines, heartworm negative, on heartworm prevention, and microchipped. The last picture is the day she was saved.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Emma, a Arlington Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Staffordshire Bull Terrier for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Staffordshire Bull Terrier breeders who help with Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
