Blondie is a sweet little lhasa apso who came to us from the shelter. She is approximately 6 years old. . She has dry eye and will need to be adopted by an owner who is willing to give her drops on a daily basis for the rest of her life. Her foster mom said she is sweet as can be and a joy to have around.
