Tipps's Story...
Tipps came in as a stray. His mother had a litter of pups under someones house and they didn't want the pups under there so they took them out and layed them in the middle of the yard hoping momma would come back. After a couple of hours they brought them in. They were around a week old and had to be bottle fed. Tipps is the only one needing a home. Mother could never be caught but people say she's a black lab. Tipps is a surviver and so spoiled. He does great with other animals. Visit Tipps today. 828-682-9510. Adoption fee for Yancey, Mitchell and Madison counties is 55.00. For out of county or state the adoption fee is 75.00. All animals are spayed or neutered before leaving.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tipps, a Burnsville Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Burnsville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Burnsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burnsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burnsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burnsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
