Clifford's Story...
Hello there friends. I am Clifford the Great. I'm a super cool 4-5 year-old Pit Bull Terrier in need of a forever loving home. Not only am I a looker but I am also a very nice fella. I am pretty active but I also know how to calm down. I will need a guardian who can control me because I'm strong and am forceful on lead. I would like to go to a home with kids at least 10 years of age. If you have other pooches I would totally dig meeting them. I looooove to play with them! Come down and meet my handsome self in person. Stay tuned.....my gorgeous snap shots will be up soon.

Act quickly to adopt Clifford. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clifford, a Huntington Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Huntington, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Huntington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntington paves the way for another one to be saved.
