Hobo's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Hobo's Story...
My humans didn't care enough about me to get me neutered, AND they let me outside. A lot. I ended up getting shot with a BB gun. Man, that hurt. So, lost AND injured, I laid low. Eventually, I had to find my way to safety. And that I did! Following my instincts, I arrived at the front lawn of the lady who runs The Little Cats' Rescue and I waited for her to come out. When she saw me, she picked me up and held me like a baby. I knew I was finally safe. She took me to the vet and got me all fixed up. I'm really a nice cat. I love to be loved, and I play well with others. Will you give me the love I deserve, and a safe indoor home? I will reward you with head butts, purrs, and a few laughs along the way. I think I'm about 9 years old.,..and in very good health!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hobo, a Elfers Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Elfers, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Elfers.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Elfers already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Elfers breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Elfers paves the way for another one to be saved.
