UPDATED BIO 03/18/2011: Juju is a sweet-as-pie 6 y/o chubby 11 lb yorkie boy who would be a much healthier weight closer to 9.5 lb. Juju is being fostered in Boynton Beach. He is the sweetest little guy that you'll ever meet and all he wants to do is to give lots of love to his new forever family. He was groomed last week, and what a handsome little emerged from all that matted hair - check his new pictures out! His new family will certainly be blessed to have this little man in their home - won't you give him a chance?
INITIAL BIO 03/02/2011: Juju is a sweet as pie 6 year old chubby 11 lb boy (who should weigh closer to 9.5 lb) who is being fostered in Boynton Beach, FL. Due to personal reasons, Juju was surrendered by his owner to an area high-kill shelter. Juju quickly become a shelter favorite, and they were all rallying to get this guy to safety before it was too late. His shelter card said "sweet". When nobody adopted this diamond-in-the-ruff, UYR was there to bring him home and make sure he got all the love and care he so deserved.
uju is in need of a dental and a neuter before being made available for adoption. In addition, this darling boy is matted and has a rash on his back. The vet seems to think it is a flea dermatitis, though a nice oatmeal bath and eventual grooming will do wonders for this guy. We will try and preserve as much of his little bear cub face as possible. He appears to be housetrained and likes other dogs. We will post more when we get to know little Juju better!
