Genius is a very active and friendly boy. A lot of people overlook Genius because they think he is too strong and on the wild side. Yes, he needs some obedience training so he can learn some manners, but just spend a few minutes of one-on-one time with him and you will be amazed at how well he responds. He loves to be loved. And he will play all day with you in a fenced yard. He loves it when you throw a toy for him. He will run to get it and then fling it in the air over and over. Look at his face and you will see a dog who just wants some love and attention. Genius will do best in a home with no cats but he does like to play with female dogs - proper introductions are a must.
Genius came into the shelter on 3/6/11.
He has had a rabies shot, 7-way shot, bordetella, and been wormed. He is neutered, microchipped, and heartworm negative.
Our adoption fee is $130.00 and it helps to cover a portion of the dog's vetting costs. The adoption process includes the completion of an application followed by an interview.
