Sadie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sadie's Story...
3-11-053 Sadie - female, vet checked, vaccinated to date inclu. Rabies, altered, dewormed, tx flea preventative, heartworm tested (-), 1yr, ~40lbs, Lab mix.

Sadie was left at a high volume, high kill shelter where there are just too many dogs like her. She was slated to be euthanized due to overcrowding.

Sadie is a really sweet little dog. She gets along well with other dogs in her foster home, doesn’t mind the cats and is fine with respectful children of any age. She is house trained and crate trained, she sleeps in her crate at night and when left alone. She is fine to be left alone for typical 9-5 work hours. Sadie would be great as a second dog or on her own. She is friendly, social, nicely mannered and aims to please. She just loves to be with her family. She needs a good brisk walk each day and would probably enjoy time at the fenced off leash parks. Sadie would be the perfect addition to just about any family. Sadie really needs a house with a fully fenced yard.

If you are interested in being considered to adopt a pet please submit a 4 Legged Love Adoption Application. An application must be submitted before an appointment can be made to meet/adopt a pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sadie, a Toronto/Etobicoke/GTA Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Toronto/Etobicoke/GTA, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Toronto/Etobicoke/GTA.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toronto/Etobicoke/GTA already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toronto/Etobicoke/GTA breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toronto/Etobicoke/GTA paves the way for another one to be saved.
