3-11-056 George - male, vet checked, vaccinated to date inclu. Rabies, altered, dewormed, tx flea preventative, heartworm tested (-), 4yr, ~32lbs, Cock-a-poo (Cocker Spaniel/Poodle).

George is non-shedding and hypoallergenic so he may be ideal for allergy sufferers. He has a wire coat! Because he does not shed he will need to be brushed daily and taken to a professional groomer every 6-8wks to maintain a puppy cut. Neglecting grooming and not being properly groomed by a professional can result in painful matting of the fur.

George is going to be a great addition to any family. He is good with other dogs, cats and respectful children. He is house trained and crate trained; he is crated at night and when left alone but would likely be fine given free roam of his home when left alone. He is fine to be left for typical 9-5 work hours. George is nicely mannered but could use a refresher on his basic obedience, he walks okay on leash and loves his walks. He is active and needs a daily walk, he’d probably enjoy time at the dog parks as well. George would be a great second dog or on his own. He’d probably be fine in an apartment as long as we got enough exercise.
