Victor's Story...
My name is Victor. I am the beloved brother of Radar and Domino. I am a tuxedo kitty about 6 months old. I have black shiny fur with a perfect white blaze up the center of my face. I am playful and fun loving but I'm also very a much a lap kitty if you will be my forever pet parent. If possible I would love to have a home where one of my brothers could join me in the fun. I am very close to them. Will you be my pet parent?
Before being listed for adoption, all of our cats have been: Spayed or Neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids (if from a litter of kittens, most will be tested), treated for common parasites, Vet checked, and fostered so behaviors can be observed. Our adoption fee is $75 with purebred cats slightly higher.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Victor, a Germantown Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Germantown, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Germantown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Germantown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Germantown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Germantown paves the way for another one to be saved.
