Ebony - looking for a COMPASSIONATE home! videos's Story...

This pet has been rescued by a good Samaritan with a big heart and is looking for a forever home. She is available for adoption, and Molly's Mutts and Meows has offered a courtesy posting to help this dog in need. This rescuer has also been invited to show the available animal with us at our Saturday adoptions in West Hollywood.

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to meet Ebony, it is important that you contact battydiva@verizon.net directly for an adoption application. Please do not fill out MM&M's online application.  Let her know you saw Ebony on Molly's Mutts & Meows.

And now, we'd like to introduce you to Ebony.

Meet your new best friend, pretty little Ebony, a 3 year old Spaniel/Papillion mix who weighs just 20 pounds. Ebony is a sweet little girl with a big personality. She's loving, affectionate and very loyal. She has a million dollar smile and adores being the center of attention. Although Ebony's bone conformation in her hind legs prevents her from straightening them properly, she gets around just as well as any other dog. In fact, one of her favorite activities is going for walks, and she's excellent on a leash. Ebony was born with a genetic condition called a Grade 4 lateral patella luxation.  She has been to two orthopedic surgeons and both have said that nothing can be done...or needs to be done.  She just has a funny little walk but that does not stop her.  Watch this little You Tube video to see Miss Ebby (as we like to call her) at one our adoption days.  She is just darling!!

Ebony gets along really well with other friendly, gentle dogs and can be very playful. However, she's just as content when curling up on the sofa and relaxing with her human companions.  Ebony is 100 percent housetrained, obedient, vaccinated, spayed and microchipped and would make a perfect companion for an active senior person or couple.

As a reminder: If you would like to meet Ebony, you must contact battydiva@verizon.net directly for an adoption application. Please do not fill out MM&M's online application.
