Blue's Story...
He is going to be 5 in July. He is a 7th generation blue nose pit-bull.He is a loving very sweet dog who gets along great with people, kids, other dogs, and even cats. he is still a puppy and gets very excited in new situations.he knows both vocal and hand commands. if you are looking for a dog to play with or hang out on the couch and watch TV he's perfect. He has allergies so he cannot have anything with red food coloring in it.(this includes food, treats ,toys/anything with red coloring he might ingest). It causes him to break out in hives, hotspots, and is sensitive to the touch. He gets a bath at least once a month if not every two weeks with an oatmeal shampoo. His doggie dermatologist in said we could give him benedrill or claritin (the all white ones that dissolve) when he breaks out or is showing signs of excessive itching.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blue, a Strongsville American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Strongsville, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Strongsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Strongsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Strongsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Strongsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
