My story

Hi... my name is Bella!

Due to circumstances beyond our control, my buddy Harley and I are looking for a new place to call home.

I am a smaller girl, friendly to both two and four footed types and house trained. I walk nicely on a leash and am pretty mellow overall. I like to play with other dogs and toys, but also love to curl up next to you on the couch and get scratched. I know basic commands, have excellent balance and can dance and sit pretty for you.

I do have a beagly yodel which I will use when I hear a new noise or see a new dog. After that noise is familiar however, I no longer need to alert you to it! I eat in my crate and am very good in a crate in the bedroom all night. I also ride very well in a crate in the car.

I’m happy pretty much all the time I am with someone; not thrilled about being left behind in a crate, but generally will settle down to wait for you to return.I would do best in a home with another friendly playful dog about my size.

Foster note: Bella is a loving, gentle soul who would love to be adopted into a family with her longtime friend Harley. They were well cared for in the past, are very well behaved and would make an excellent addition to a loving family.
