My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roger Dodger’s Foster Home is located in Loxahatchee which is Near West Palm Beach

Roger Dodger is an extremely stunning Black and Cream German Shepherd. He is approximately 2 years old. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, flea, tick and heartworm preventative.

Unfortunately Roger’s owner was incarcerated which left this sweet boy abandoned along with his two friends, both are Rat terriers. Animal Control was scheduled to pick all of them up but with fate on their side and the kindness and compassion from neighbors that pulled together all of their resources managed to get them all into a boarding facility. That is when we heard of poor Roger’s plight, we were more than happy to accept him into Rescue and his two buddies, the Rat terriers were also rescued from another Rescue.

Since being in foster care his foster mom reports that Roger knows his basic obedience, walks well on a leash and loves car rides. Roger is great with children. He gets along with all dogs big and small and even cats too. Although well behaved when left alone, he does prefer company, probably because of watching after his two Rat Terrier buddies for the past two years. So a home with another canine buddy would be preferred.

We have been affectionately calling him Roger Dodger simply because Roger was a bit odd to be calling this handsome guy so I added Dodger for the fun of it.
