Thunder ADOPTED!'s Info...

I am purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Thunder ADOPTED!'s Story...
Thunder has spent his entire life outdoors in a junkyard. He was surrendered to a shelter because he was old and asked to be euthanized. He is 11 yrs. old and in great shape for his age. He gets along very well with other dogs and people but would be happiest hanging out in a dog house in your back yard or roaming the farmland and maybe coming inside at night. He is up to date on all vaccinations, HW negative. This poor guy needs a home ASAP! He would be ideal for a retired couple or for someone who works from home as he is very content just snoozing on the floor next to you. Please call 201-815-0642. The home he is in now can only keep him until April 1st!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Thunder ADOPTED!, a Edgewater Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Edgewater, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Edgewater.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Edgewater already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Edgewater breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Edgewater paves the way for another one to be saved.
