My story

Whelp Date: 1/1/03

Temperament: Peggy is a playful little girl that loves to eat! She is potty trained and well behaved in her kennel, and rides in the car with no problem. Due to Peggy's continued interest in chasing the foster family's cat, we have decided to only place her in a non-cat home. Peggy is getting along wonderfully with her foster brother and sisters, a male and female greyhound and a female boxer. Peggy is very social and will walk right up to most people and give them a kiss, she tends to enjoy people more than the company of the other dogs so we think Peggy would be fine as an only dog. She likes to run in the backyard and play fetch throwing her toys up in the air. She enjoys playing nicely with her foster sister boxer especially. Peggy sleeps through the night on a dog bed in her foster parents bedroom. We have learned to pick up all the toys with squeakers though or she will decide to play during the night. She would like very much to be a furniture dog but we are working on that in case her forever family doesn't want her to be. Peggy made a special appearance recently at the great American teach in and loved spending the day with all the middle school kids, giving out lots of kisses! A sweet playful loving girl! Peggy is sure to make someone the ideal pet and we think she would be great with a family of any size.
