Sage's Story...
Please contact Jessica (626-353-0559) and not Canine and Kitty Co-op.
Sage is a very cute, super sweet little 4-month-old Pointer/Staffie mix rescued from the Lancaster Shelter right before they were going to put her to sleep. I am fostering her independently but my other dogs do not like her so she is spending a lot of time in a crate. She gets exercise and play-time and potty-breaks but a puppy deserves more. Sage loves people and wants desperately to have a doggie playmate that wants to play with her instead of dislike her. She is spayed, up to date on shots, and potty trained/crate- trained. She walks well enough on a leash but would do well with some puppy classes. She has the average energy of a dog of her breed and age and needs exercise on a daily basis. If you are interested in meeting Sage, please contact Jessica at: ccrlovinme@aol.com or phone: 626-353-0559.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sage, a Bellflower American Pit Bull Terrier/Pointer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Pointer for sale in Bellflower, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Pointer puppy from a breeder in Bellflower.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellflower already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellflower breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Pointer breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellflower paves the way for another one to be saved.
