My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Evie - is an absolutely beautiful chocolate doll! Evie was found after being hit by a car and her front right leg was pretty mangled and had nerve damage, so, the only option was amputation. She is now very well healed and you would never know that she only has 3 legs. Evie is just a little over a year old, medium build and very energetic. She is in a great foster home getting lots of love and care and her foster family thinks she is the greatest. Evie is a very sweet and affectionate companion and everyone falls in love with her within minutes. She is also a bundle of energy, full of curiosity, and hasn’t lost much of her inner puppy. She loves to go for walks, play in the yard, getting belly rubs and most of all she loves the kids. Whenever she sees a child playing she wants to get right in there and play too. We would like to see Evie go to a family with children as she seems to really love being them. She would also be a great hiking and walking companion and I’ll bet she would like to try her hand at swimming. She has a lot of energy and would love a very active family.
Evie is spayed, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations including rabies and micro-chipped. She is also on flea and tick preventative and heartworm preventative. If you would like to be the lucky family to snatch her up, please fill out the application and write "Evie" in the notes section.
