Kara is a very sweet and gorgeous girl that is only about 2yrs old. She was just rescued from the shelter and is looking for her forever home. She loves women and becomes very bonded very fast to her new person. She would be great for a single woman that is looking for a loving companion that enjoys short walks and just spending time as a lap dog and companion. The poor girl seems to have an abusive past and is very scared of men and will just need time and socialization in learning to trust them again. She is good with other dogs though as well as cats. Can you offer her a forever home? Her adoption fee is $250 and includes her spay, shots, worming and microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kara, a Seattle Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso breeders who help with Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
