My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sugar is a very friendly girl. Laid back and gentle. 12#'s. She is white with Apricot lining her paws/tail/back legs. Reported and observed to not have an agressive bone in her body. Leash trained (she does not go out the door until I go first) . Housetrained (also paper trained) . Gentle walker. She is 6yrs old, She came into our rescue as an owner turn in but had been found in the woods in bad shape, attacked by another dog, so she is shy with other dogs at first. She loves people and has been around children, She is what I call a gentle jumper. Her biggest need is a fenced in area and very deserving loving care, she loves to run around the yard but doesn't seem to pay attention to where she is going or how far. Doesn't seem to know how to play with toys (yet). She is quiet (apparently debarked). Ok, maybe you knew it was coming ,but she does bark, verrrry little. She is shy (for the first 60 sec). - just to see if you are gentle with her, then she is waggy, kissy, wanting to be held and petted. A real lap dog. Her idea of play is running across the room and jumping to be in your lap. (can be retrained if you want but it is so darn cute, I let her do it). You would be hard pressed to find a bad thing about her. Email for application, I can email it to you, then if you copy and paste it can be returned by email. Adoption $125.00.
