My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Presley is a very sweet girl. She has had a very hard life as she has been a mill mama all her life. She has been used to produce puppies to be sold to brokers. She has been used for profit, with no regard for her life, her comfort, or needs. Her body has been used and used. She sold for $10. No one thought she was worth any more. AMPS disagreed! She is worth a thousand times that and more! You see, she has a heart of gold, and it is full of love just waiting to be given! Love is priceless!

She has lived on wire all her life. Her feet are splayed and swollen, hard with callouses so that she could walk on the wires. She has bowed legs, and a swayed back. She has produced approximately 9 litters of puppies in her life. She is missing hair from her hindquarters. The vet thinks it is from living on wire and wood. He says there is nothing wrong with her skin, just abuse. Presley is shy and takes a bit to realize she isn't going to be hurt, or bred, or handled roughly. She really deserves the reward of a life of comfort, kisses, cuddles and hugs now. She has earned thousands of dollars for her owner. Now it is time for her to have a life of no pain. When she was spayed, the vet said her poor uterus was nearly rotten! She was never going to carry another litter of puppies, or probably survive long enough to be bred once the infection began raging through her body! She has a beautiful face and a loving heart! Can you find it in your heart to look past the outside scars of Presley's life of misery, and see the beautiful soul within that is just begging for a chance to be loved and cherished?
