Sun Conure

Memo is a sun conure who is approximate 3 yrs old. He was relinquished to the rescue due to medical issues, he was picking at his leg in his former home and upon examination by our veterinarian on intake, it was found that the leg was broken, so our vet took him straight into surgery to repair the bone and success! He is doing just wonderul now! His leg is all healed up and he is ready to be adopted out! Memo loves to hang upside down and his favorite thing is watch tv with you and hide in your shirt. Memo is a cool bird with his own personality, he loves everyone but is extremely affectionate with males in particular. Memo hates veggies, he will throw them at you, lol! He loves crackers and a little bit of cheese as a treat. He is on a multi mix of pellets and we will continue to work with him on veggies and fruits as well. Memo's favorite song is Mary had a Little Lamb, he will actually dance to it! He also loves car rides and shoulder rides. Memo will make a great companion for any family!
