Aeron's Story...
Aaron is a 6 month old husky shepherd mix and gosh he's a smart dog ! He loves to learn things for a cookie, and so far we have sit, down, hi-5 and he fetches the ball pretty good too ! Aaron is a very confident and social boy who gets along well with other playful dogs big and small and he is extremely respectful of cats ( he knows they are the Boss ! ) He has lived with young children, is house trained and can sleep quietly in his kennel. What more could you ask for in a dog ?! Aaron would do well in an active home. He would also love it if you took him to obedience, rally o or agility - he is sure he would be at the top of his class !!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Aeron, a Saskatoon Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Saskatoon, or seeking a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Saskatoon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Saskatoon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Saskatoon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Saskatoon paves the way for another one to be saved.
