Rocky's Story...
*COURTESY LISTING*
Two year-old Rocky appeared one day several months ago in our neighbor's back yard. He may have been abandoned as no owner was ever located. The neighbor already has 2 dogs and 2 cats that Rocky gets along great with. Unfortunately the landlord found out that they have another dog and insisted that Rocky go. Rocky has been neutered and is current on his vaccinations. He is lovable and craves attention. Rocky knows at least a dozen commands and rides well in a car. He is a beautiful boy who really needs a loving home...either as an only dog or with other pets. Our neighbors would love to keep him, but unfortunately that is not possible. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rocky, a Irvine Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Irvine, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Irvine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Irvine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Irvine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Irvine paves the way for another one to be saved.
