Lola's Story...
Hi I am Lola!! a 1 year old female Labrador Retriever mix, . weighing 54 pounds.

I am told I am an incredibly good looking dog. My coat is pitch shiny black with a white shield on the chest and dappled white feet, and eyes are copper and full of life. It is medium length and so soft to the touch

I am a typical curious dog , lively, and love to play with a ball. and know how to retrieve .

Like dogs and he plays bow with them, tail waving neutrally.

I like t to chase the birds, though/ Typical Lab :-)

I am full of fun and great to be with but one has to be young or younger and active too. I also has a soft side too. I love to lay with half body on my caretaker's lap. Hugs and kisses are next of course..

My foster mom says I am an outstanding dog, beautiful, fun to be with and friendly.

Spayed with all my up to dated shots

Housetrained

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lola, a Long Beach Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
