Curtis's Story...
a short while ago, Curtis Clemens was in a jail cell. dumped by his first human, along with his siblings. they were adopted. he was not. he had a cold. and in shelter speak - that can get you killed. who would abandon this face? yes, he is as sweet as he looks. no, we cannot be responsible for all the fingerprints, now, on your computer screen.
Curtis Clemens is three months old. he is getting the basics down, sit, shake, perfecting the house training, and redefining the new term 'winning.' For certain, he is grossly adorable - and gentle - and a great listener...and is soon to be a cherished member of his own new human/family. A real one, that will never let him outta their sight.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Curtis, a Los Angeles American Pit Bull Terrier/Dalmatian puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Dalmatian for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Dalmatian puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Dalmatian breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Dalmatian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
