Tate's Story...
This is Tate aka MaterHead. He is a 3 year old grey tabby. He has been fixed and microchipped and is up to date on his shots. He is litterbox trained. Tate loves to cuddle on your feet at night. He likes to run around and play with kids. His favorite time is in the morning when He gets a small spoonful of wet food he talks and talks! He also likes to drink out of the faucet. Tate is always finding a comfortable place to sleep, like in the closet on the shelf or on top of the bookshelves.
Tate's a lover as long as he is the only cat and there are no small dogs around!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tate, a Washington Terrace Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Washington Terrace, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Washington Terrace.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Washington Terrace already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Washington Terrace breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Washington Terrace paves the way for another one to be saved.
