Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dexter is a darling little 3 1/2 year old 60 lb terrier mix. He was adopted from Dogs Without Borders three years ago as a baby and now, sadly, his mom has asked us to rehome him because of personal circumstances. He has separation anxiety because he has lived with only one person since he was a puppy so he will need a patient, calm household. He is insecure with new people and wouldn't enjoy a very social household. He is a good boy and generally well behaved. He is particularly attached to women. He gets along fine with older kids in a calm environment, dogs and cats. He is generally calm but will sometimes bark when people knock on the door, strangers come in,etc. Dexter is great on a leash. He is very obedient and knows Sit, Stay, Heel, No, Off, Eat that. He is a cuddler and his mom says he is the sweetest little guy. He loves long walks. He is shy until he truly knows you but is also playful and loves toys. Oh so cuddly and soft to the touch and he is almost non-shedding. He was adopted with another dog so we know he does well with other dogs in the home. He is also good with cats.
