Johnny Pickles is a 1-year-old Jack Russell Terrier-Chihuahua mix rescued from the Orange County Shelter. He is up to date on shots, healthy, micro-chipped, house-trained, crate-trained, walks well on a leash, and knows basic commands. Pickles loves to play with other dogs and enjoys his time at the dog park and doggie daycare. He tends to chase cats, though. He does well with older kids (9+). Pickles is a playful pup who loves toys, treats, walks, snuggling, fetching, and being trained. He is very smart and picks up on commands easily. He came into his foster home as an under-socialized pup who was afraid of new people and new experiences, but he has blossomed into a teen-aged boy who wants to experience new things. Though Pickles can still be a bit bossy one day and shy the next, he is a very loyal and loving dog who will be a wonderful companion and who will make you laugh with his goofy antics and sharp wit.
