My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jake is in urgent need of adoption or fostering. He is a neutered male dog in excellent health with a charming, sweet natured disposition.


Jake's owner is an 80 year old woman who has lost her home. Because Jake is a senior, if he does not get rescued, he faces being euthanized. This would be a tragedy for a dog of such wonderful temperament.


Jake's best friend is a Chow Mix named Hammer who also needs emergency rescue (fostering or adoption.)


A miracle maker would be able to take both dogs! But we will settle for a home separate or together.
