Honey's Story...
Honey is a beautiful palomino Missouri Foxtrotter. She is around 6 years old and is green broke to ride. This lovely lady is very sweet and is good on a halter. She has shown a desire to please during her training and is a very fast learner. When fully broke to ride she will be a very smooth ride and would make an excellent trail horse. She must be adopted out in Illinois or a neighboring state. Her adoption fee is $500.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Honey, a Dewey Missouri Foxtrotter was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Missouri Foxtrotter for sale in Dewey, or seeking a Missouri Foxtrotter from a breeder in Dewey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dewey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dewey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Missouri Foxtrotter breeders who help with Missouri Foxtrotter rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dewey paves the way for another one to be saved.
