Kelsie's Story...
My name is Kelsie and my sister and I were dropped off on the side of the road. We were pretty scared but we ended up going to stay at NE Ohio Lab Rescue and now we have lots of fun! We play with other dogs, play with toys, and sleep on our doggie beds. We never pee in the house and our foster mom really likes that. She says we are good girls and will make great companions for someone. Maybe it's you?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kelsie, a North Jackson Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in North Jackson, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in North Jackson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Jackson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Jackson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Jackson paves the way for another one to be saved.
