Max(2)'s Story...
Hi,I'm Max and I am about 2 years old. I had a home of my own but then they went away. I don't know why but they left me at the pound. I didn't want to stay there and luckily, someone from NE Ohio Lab Rescue came and got me. Now, I stay with other dogs and we get to play and run around outside. We sleep on our own dog beds and get lots of food. My foster mom says I'm VERY well behaved and that someone be lucky to have me. I think I'm lucky, too!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max(2), a North Jackson Husky/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Labrador Retriever for sale in North Jackson, or seeking a Husky/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in North Jackson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Jackson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Jackson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Husky/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Jackson paves the way for another one to be saved.
