My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MAX is a neutered blk/tan cropped/docked purebred Doberman Pinscher. He was surrendered to animal control and was pulled out by an appreciative Doberman lover before being euthanized. He is energetic, Heartworm negative, UTD on shots and a VERY IMPRESSIVE GUY who will take your breath away!! Max is good with kids and other dogs, great in the car, and loves to go to the park. He does well on lead and in the house; however, he will require some training to be reliably housebroken. This handsome fellow spent most of his life on a concrete surface confined to a kennel in the back yard. We would like now to see him fulfill his destiny as an inside dog and beloved constant companion to his family. Max is excellent and respectful in the house and would do great as an inside dog, given the opportunity and a capable owner. He needs an experienced Doberman person who will spend time with him and shower him with affection.....and this boy will repay that love a hundred times over. It's time Max was appreciated for the intelligent and loyal fellow that he is.
