Buster's Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Buster's Story...
Buster is a pure bred, long-hair Dachshund and is very sweet. He is a bit shy at first but warms up to his person quickly and is pretty much your shadow after that. He would not do well in a home with young children, he is a bit nervous around them, so an adult only home is what we are seeking for Buster. He has been neutered, fully vaccinated, flea treated, dewormed, bathed and professionally groomed.

If you would like more information about Buster or have additinal questions, please contact his foster mom, Genie at 423 313 7004. She does not check her email often, so calling her is the quickest and easiest way to reach her.

Thank you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buster, a Chattanooga Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Chattanooga, or seeking a Dachshund dog from a breeder in Chattanooga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chattanooga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chattanooga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chattanooga paves the way for another one to be saved.
