I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
Phoebe is a sweet senior gal who just wants a soft bed inside and a nice yard outside to enjoy the sunshine. She would also benefit from a daily walk to ware off some unneeded pounds.
Phoebe was left at a local county shelter because her family had to move and decided she couldn't come along. She was scheduled for euthanasia simply because she was old and overweight. We just couldn't let that happen.
Phoebe is a wonderful companion -- easy to deal with, minds commands, and gets along with all the other dogs. The first few days she asked to go outside when necessary; but now remembers she can just use the dog door.
