My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Popper, whom we call "Possum," loves to play with his brother, Popper, so he needs to either go to a home with his brother or a home that has other playful cats or dogs. However, Popper also loves to be held and to snuggle, get kisses, and get his back scratched gently. He was adopted out as a young kitten by a family with toddlers who somehow made him so mean they returned him and said they were sorry, but he would probably never be adopted. Though he doesn't like to be held against his will, or aggravated/teased, as long as he's respected and allowed some control of sorts, he's a loving soul who spent long weeks by my side after I had major surgery. He and his brother had been found as unweaned kittens abandoned, so after some weeks of bottle feeding, the boys were ready to be fostered. Possum is the only cat in our care who can keep up with Pepper's CONSTANT activity!
