Rafter needs a forever home! He was found in a wall and was surrendered to PAR. He was very scared when he first came because he was stuck up in the wall with no human contact. Now he has has made a big turn around! He is a very lovable kitten who loves to be held, cuddled and taking kitty naps in your lap. He loves other kitties and the people he meets. He can get a little scared and uncomfortable at times but he needs some time and lots of love and affection. Adopt Rafter!
