JayJay's Story...
JJ is an awesome black lab that just loves to be with people and animals. He doesn't like being left alone for very long at a time, but he is completely crate trained, housebroken, and great with other people and animals. He is probably around 10-12 months old now and is learning his manners quite well. Learning the basic commands quite well also. He would make a great addition to any family. If you have a place in your heart and family for JJ please contact Melodie at 217-466-3980 or Linda at 217-466-1062 or Rachael at 217-712-0804 and please leave a message with your name and phone number and we will return your call as soon as we get it.

Act quickly to adopt JayJay. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JayJay, a Paris Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Paris, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Paris.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Paris already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Paris breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Paris paves the way for another one to be saved.
