Mac's Story...
Mac here, I am supposed to go on and on talking about myself. Telling you how wonderful I am…but I can give you a pretty clear picture in about 6 words: 1. Adorable. 2. Loving. 3. Social. 4. Smart. 5. Fun. 6. Easygoing…. But oh no, these folks want me to go on yapping about myself to make a good impression. I’m No car! I don’t need a sales pitch! Well here it goes anyway…I’m a young happy dude who loves the company of everybody and everything from children to little old ladies. I have a calm disposition, good looks, and I even know how to use a doggy door. I’m easy to love, and I’ll love ya right back. There I said it, now, are you “sold” or what? 16 months old-11lbs. My adoption fee is $200 and includes; neuter, microchip, reduced cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mac, a Portland Pomeranian/Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian/Corgi for sale in Portland, or seeking a Pomeranian/Corgi dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian/Corgi breeders who help with Pomeranian/Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
