My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Augie -
Augie was rescued as a puppy from a city shelter and has been in foster care ever since, now Augie needs a rescue. At 70 lbs he has outgrown his foster home and is just too big for the other dogs to play with. Augie loves peple and is in training right now to learning basic commands and polite behavior so he will be ready for his forever family.
He really needs a home where someone can give him all the attention he deserves.
Augie is approx. 1yr old, UTD on all shots HW negative and neutered.

Here is what Agie's trainer has to say about this sweet boy -
Augie is a Black Mouth Cur mix. He is a brown fawn color. Fawn is a light smoky color. At a little over 1 year he is still learning how to play with other dogs. Like most young dogs he would benefit highly from training. This will help him in his social skill with other dogs as well as take the confusion out of living in the human world. Augie has lacked loving direction in his life. Currently he is working on social skills with other dogs. and engaging in play with humans. He would do well in a home with children of the age 8 & up. Like most young large breeds he needs a lot of physical exercise to be a well balance and mannered dog . Augie would do well with similar breeds that like to use their front paws and bodies in play. Please consider giving Augie a loving home that provides positive direction that any dog needs to be successful in life..
