Misty's Story...
"If you adopt me, I will love you forever and cover you with kisses every day! I am small, pretty, and have big, light blue eyes. I want to live with you in your home, help you with the housework, and sit next to you when you read or watch TV. By the way, that’s not a cage I am sitting in; it’s an exercise pen at the adoption venue, to keep me safe from the dogs and other rabbits. I don’t need a pen at home; I am clean and use the box always. I must find a home soon! Please let the volunteers know if you want to make me your very own bunny girl."

For more information, please go to www.larabbits.org and fill out an on-line application form on the Adopt page. We will help you make the best decision based on your needs and the personalities and habits of our rabbits!

All our rabbits are neutered and litter box-trained to some degree. Your adoption will enable us to save more rabbits. Thank you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Misty, a Los Angeles Dwarf was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dwarf for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Dwarf from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dwarf breeders who help with Dwarf rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
