Mud's Story...
Mud was born on 1/7/2011 at the Escondido Humane Society. When he was 8 weeks old he was adopted and then a few weeks later returned for mouthing. Bowman's Canine rescued Mud from Escondido Humane Society and found him to not only be an extremely gentle and affectionate boy but a smart one too! He already comes when he's called, knows sit, down and is crate trained. He's on his way to being fully houseborken and also LOVES other dogs! Mud's adoption fee is $120 and includes 6 weeks of free training!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mud, a Valley Center Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Valley Center, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Valley Center.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Valley Center already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Valley Center breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Valley Center paves the way for another one to be saved.
